The Seychelles Condominium is located in Daytona Beach Shores, FL. Construction began in 1985; the doors were opened to is residents in 1986. The developer had visited the Seychelles Islands and was impressed with what he saw. As a result, he named the condominium he was developing, "Seychelles".

According to the World Book Encyclopedia, Seychelles is pronounced "say-shells". The Seychelles is a British dependency of 92 islands covering 145 square miles. They lie in the Indian Ocean 700 miles northeast of Madagascar. A French or Creole dialect is spoken. Coconuts, cinnamon, patchouli, and vanilla are grown in the volcanic soil. From the mid 1700's, the French held the Seychelles until the British took them in 1794.

Seychelles Condominium offers its residents a large selection of superior amenities and services. The building has 17 floors with a total of 98 units that may be either rented or bought when available.
