Seychelles offers its residents a large selection of superior amenities and services. The building has 17 floors with a total of 98 condominium units that may be either rented or bought when available. Rentals are for a minimum of 2 weeks.

There are 6 sections of the building called stacks. The 2 bedroom units are located in stacks 1,2, 5, and 6. The 3 bedroom units are located in stacks 3 and 4. All balconies are semi-enclosed at their bases offering an unusually nice level of privacy without compromising the extraordinary views.

The amenities included at Seychelles are an indoor spa and sauna, a club house on the 16th floor, an outdoor heated pool, a storage area, and a secure underground garage. The building is secured by cameras and all entrances require a key to access.
